Both SHAHGUAR and RDX are abusing their admin powers.

I can swear at akii and D Luffy but IT'S ONLY FUN, but SHAH and RDX are a pain in the ass, not just for me but everyone else too.

Yesterday I got banned because i told RDX i want to take his ass virginity (a joke), he banned me 100 minutes.

Today i said to SHAHGUAR "[Aim Detector] Name [ SHAHGUAR ] Warn [ 1 ] MaxWarn [ 5 ]" and he bans for 1 hour. 

Also he is scanning everyone but he isn't even spectating the player, simply just scanning because he wants to?? 

SHIFT or WHB need to take a look at this level of bullshit administration because these two admins SUCK. 

This isn't a democracy... it's a computer game. Stop taking everything so seriously. You're admins and you're there to make sure the server is running fine, not abusing your powers because of your inadequate personality.

You know what BeetleJuice? It's not that I am saying stupid things and it's getting me banned... but you are right.

However,

RDX has a very short temper. The fact I own him at this game devours him inside out. For him, this is more a personal issue he has with me, and as an admin he abuses his powers to make himself feel better. Every time I'm on the server, he uses the the admin-say command to publicly tell everyone "chi i want demo" "chi cheater". As an admin, he is very unprofessional and makes decisions when his temper is rising. 

As for, SHAHGUAR, I have never played in the same server or spoken to him for more than a few minutes. Clearly abuses admin powers as he instantly bans me for 1 hour for making a joke, which wasn't even an insult. IT IS NOT AN INSULT TO TELL AN ADMIN HE IS CHEATING. Even though I was making a joke. Arabian-servers are non-vac servers, even the admins could cheat without facing a VAC-ban. But who ever asks an admin for a demo? No one, it never happens because you said it...you don't poke the hornet's nest. 

As the General Manager, you should look at the behaviour of your admins. Also I think you need to notice that I get along with majority of the players and admins in Arabian-servers, while these two admins are receiving constant complaints. It's not difficult to find a better replacement.

So why don't you listen to D LUFFY when he says i'm clean?? What experience do you have over him? What grants you more power to keep asking me for demos and scans when other admins have already done that...? Who exactly gives you more power over other admins on the server? Stop abusing your powers. Them images reveal that you are ignoring other admins and being non-cooperative. 

I insulted you because YOU ARE ANNOYING. Not because I'm scared of you. Get it? And you banned me for each time I insulted you, so what are you trying to achieve from it now? You have your scans and demos, get off my case, let someone else deal with me since you don't know how to. 

I used to compete a lot and I trained with some of the best players and teams in Europe. That doesn't make me a pro but it gives me a lot of experience in the game that you don't have, RDX. That makes me know the game better than you. I studied CS P.O.V and HLTV demos just to improve my in-game knowledge for many many years and that gives me an advantage when I play public servers.

I never played public CS because it is full of cheaters and annoying people like you. Unfortunately, CS 1.6 is a dead game, but I love it because I've played it majority of my life so I continue to play today, and I think same goes for many of us. Stop ruining it for me and the rest of Arabian community.

This is my suggestion going forward:

1. Admin should not conclude a player is a cheat when playing good. If other admins around, ask their opinion , if in doubt. Otherwise admin can note down player details :nick, steamid, ip.... and ask to produce demo after map change. I'm sure frequent players will submit demo for review, because we can always ban when player offline or returns.

2. Player should cooperate with admin and avoid puns, jokes or any other that the admin may find offensive. If admin asks for demo after map end, please provide to avoid conflicts. If an admin scans and leaves and another admin comes along and requests scan, please respond with humility. You can tell admin you have recently scanned and can produce scan, provided you have not left and returned. If admin persists, please comply.

Admin must work in the interest of the player to keep server clean but also not pick on player because of authority. Player should comply and not respond in kind whenever mistreated or abused. That's why we have the complaint section. Let us use it well.

Chi I know your clean but  when we are admin somes players ask repeatedly to scan and we must ask to scan even if your clean.
believe me before i was admin they often ask me to scan and sometime even if i'm admin i have  to scan too.
its 2 min to scan bro.
