first of all ur ban was extended to perm. by manager not by me , maybe he read your beautiful chatlogs u and ur friend ZIGNES

second : U and all players must know that family members is not playing with us in servers , so u must not talk about them or insult them

third : u can join server after this just to play like a polite man and this is your last chance , the same to your friend
