bro before anything i don't know what's difficult with following the steps in the guide when you say /sshelp

when you don't give what admin asked you to provide then you should be hiding something, if you are not hiding anything and you just can't open cs folder and find some screenshots then what i should do? believe some words?
anyways after joining your pc and find the screenshots there no problem to get unbanned after checking if it's clean, but please this is not my job to look after your mistakes and search in your personal pc. i hope you can understand this.
i'm just following the rules so next time and if there is a next time please just try to be serious and follow the rules and read to understand not laugh and ignore what's in front of you, and when you get banned you start to be serious and to look to who can rescue you.

now i checked by my self and i see that you must have another chance, but that doesn't mean you was clean, now i have all steam ids you used to avoid many bans, the ss i needed got deleted but there is another weird ss but i will not consider it, anyways as i said now i have your steam id so you will never change it, also you are always ready to provide ss in future as you said. 
so now after cleaning your cs by my self and showing you how to upload ss and where to find it by details there is no problem to get unbanned after Manager Fiftar check on this case.
