-refresh 75 (monitor refresh rate in hz) [if both commands do not work you need a program called "refresh lock"]
-noforcemaccel -noforcemparms -noforcemspd (removes mouse acceleration / more precise mouse movement)
-nojoy = Remove joystick support, free ram on older machines
-noipx = Disables LAN protocoll, free ram on older machines

cl_allowdownload (0-1) = 1 allows you to download custom server content and maps, 0 disables this feature.
