and if you check rank is 30 with 800 kill how is possible to have 28.5k points with 800kill ? explain me please :

800X 3 point for kill = 2400 and if defuse all bombe impossible to have 28.5k point please delete this point of this hacker thinks

And as for your calculation with the points, the server has reset many times the scoreboard rankings. 
He's an old player so don't worry about him being a hacker.

Your opinion is incorrect and there are many points to be sure : 

1- no one can hack the system .

2- the server have been reset many times .

3- and if the players won't use their points ofc u already saw the result .......ect .
