Remove plugin from dd2

Can you remove a plugin from the dd2 server?
Im talking about the one that makes you plant the c4 even if you are moving so that results in planting in many unreachable spots / silent plants.

I think that ruins the game and dosen't add much to it.

where and how you think it ruin the game ?! if you mean sometimes you can't defuse in the right moment due to it planted in difficult place i guess it make 

the game funny not ruin the game , this is the purpose from this plugin . anyway i think this plugin is good and he make some fun in server

And The Other 40% Players Want the Plugin On including You And Some Admins

ofc if the majority of players in dd2 want the plugin removed it will be removed ,because the servers made to ensure the requests of players , but sometimes 

the majority not mean the right decision for example: all players want play with awp in dd2 , if we not limit awp what will happen ?! i think you know the answer.

How can your teammates help you when the c4 is planted in a unreachable spot?

You have also noclip plugin which doesn't allow boosting.

Also there is a server called FUN server, I don't think we need 2 fun servers.

first if it was 2 player all c4 planting location are accessible
if you want we end up in the game and plant c4 where do you think it's
inaccessible place I show you how defus it
and this plugin i think is not for fun rather just improvement for planting c4

Bad plugin ... once i was the last ct standing and after killing terrorists i could not difuse ... cause the c4 was planted in inaccessible place.
