some admin don't care but when he gonna crazy ban camper 
without warn camper
sometime when admin ban player we lost him 
lets give camper chance
add access change team player
when admin saw one camp move him to Ct and warn him if he is back to Ts and camper again ban 
or add note Ts can't camp before plant C4 , CT can't camp after plant c4 

access get back spectators 
some admin kick spectators when server not full  they don't know whats spectators do
should give admin access to back spectators any time server needed 


afk kick 
lets make kick afk starting at 32
last time nea make it start at 30  rank server jump from 500 to 240
make this idea in all servers

1- i warn player in chat by  : "say: @r tt play c4 or slay directly" or "say: @r cts play hostage or slay directly" or "say: @@r Insult = Gag 10 minutes"  then i follow the next steps :


insult  = Gag 10 minutes ( if he keep insult for 3 times Bane 3 heurs)
camp = slap 0 damage ( if he keep camping slay directly )
insult admin = gag 1 heur ( if keep insult admins ban Directly )
