server ban me bug from low fps and smoke.

This ban was because i have FPS DROP TO 10 and i have so much lag in my pc this problem cause sometimes because of fps drops and i play deathmatch sometimes and in deathmatch over 30 players play and because of fps drop i get ban reason Aim Detected..

I believe you need to fix 2 things to qualify:

1. Fix FPS issue (we can't have an admin running around and getting banned for "Aim")

2. Increase activity level.
