i think owners you should to make pluging anntiduck in servers auto mix

If "ducking" means binding +duck  on mousewheel then YES
If  "ducking"  means  mastering the STRG(-Key)-Ducking then NO.

This is part of CS  1.6. Valve  did once remove the ducking in a CS1.6  Update. Then rolled-back again (but removed the silent duck) because every CS player voted for this Mechanic.
I use  it in every phase of my game.

What really should be restricted are Scripts like B-Hop, Ducking on Mousewheel and so one.  Because this is not due to the players skill.  It's a script.

SO DONT BAN DUCKING.

Personally I use shift to duck, so it much easier to duck frequently. Bunnyhopping is easy once you master it.
