About the vote ban plugin

Hello everyone !,
eI wanna talk about this plugin , well this plugin is good to ban cheater if there but almost of people use it by wrong like If there are someone good player now how to use sound and know the map as well then the players make a vote ban and ban him . like today i get banned 5 times .
My opinion is to remove this plugin because its make a lot of wrong bans and make the good players leave the server

Hello, But it still helps a lot of players to get a chance to vote a cheater when there is no admins in the server

i would like add this. the plugin for when 1 player tk so many times, we writte /voteban
but this don't work perfectly
when 1 is voteban he stay on the server and he's not banned.
