so as you can see in your console he insulted u in  say_team so i cant see it because im ct
itried to fix the situation between u and make sure if he really insulted you ...
what did u do ?? 
as u can see in the screenshot you insulted his mother and his family in front of me and everyone  
so next time try to talk to admin about who insulted you and let him make sure that it really happend... the admin will do his duty and gag the guy who insulted you 
as u can see the reason why i gagged u is that you insulted his mother/family
