Report admin snoopy abuse

I do not know who made this snoopy an Admin, but this is the dumbest decision ever... this snoopy is abusing his power by gaggin me all the time just because i joke with my friends
he does not deserve to be admin here, if you do not want me to joke with my friends then why you always joke with ur friends in french language?
he do this just because i gagged his brother kzr multiple times so he avenge his brother
SOMEONE remove this snoopy from admin he do not deserve it, thank you.

First : It's Fiftar Dollet who recruited me.
Second: The one who abused as admin on server is you, ask to others players, we can't account bad reports about you.
Third : If I don't deserve to be admin, you don't deserve anything on the server.
Fourth : Yes, you abused(gagged / slapped / banned for free) with my brothers KZR, The Odd, ARGAN, , gtx and many more. You weren't joking with them I think.

FINAL : EVERYTHING IS KNOWN
