#1 unbalanced teams
There are overpowered teams, as in yesterday it was MaT with 4 lowskilled players, who just felt like 1v5 until the map ended 16:1 or 16:2. The map after he was in our team and Inferno ended 16:1 and he was #1 in scoreboard.
This ranking system you use with gameMe, should help to allocate teammates.
Meaning: if you have 2 TOP 10 Players in the server and its team selection they should be split in 2 different teams if the majority of the players vote for that option.
I know people leave and new people join, but in the beginning it should be possible/MANDATORY to have balanced teams, plus there should be sth that Captains can not overpower their teams like restrictions of players too choose based on the skill.
If this is not possible to do technically (linking SKILL SORTED with gameME), make A RULE, where the Captains have to CHOOSE based on BALANCE, not on overpowering their teams.
Of course it is not aimed for perfection but for general balance overall.
#2 pre VAC banned players
remove all the accounts who had a previous vac ban, thanks. at least make it not so easy to use those accounts and be funny with it....
#3 add 1 slot to the servers and add an HLTV server
the advantages are magnificient, you have a demo of every player, you can watch other players while the server is full and you wait, you make the matchid site more important if the hltv demo per match id is uploaded there, the hltv demo people can download and watch, what they did wrong or what they did good and IMPROVE, raising the overall skill and much more...
#4 make the smokes like in bosnian server to make them WHITE
the smokes in the bosnian server are great as you can not manipulate them, can we try that? I hope you all know what I mean? You cant see thru them in bosnian.
