hello i got banned for no reason in all arabian servers ..

Name : RADDITZ    my oldest name : PaNNyK^
im automix player i just joined dd2 ffa to train my aim and suddently i got banned by admin mosab
i got banned before 2 months or more after that i delete the game and here i am yesterday i redownload it 
that mean i dont have the demo anymore 

notice : i didnt get any ban before in arabian server
