Hi. I´ve been playing in server for a long time, and I had my pts to use in /shop with a passwords. After that, I stopped playing for a few months and, yesterday, return to play and, when try to bought things, the server say me that my points are protected by a password, and I should introduce it.

The problem is that I dont remember it, OMG. Could you reset or remove the password from my pts? You can delete the pts also and make me start from 0, but thats better that cant use it!!
