ban system is a bit weird

So I was playing on Fastcup and my brother was playing on his pc on Arabian FFA (i'm steamer he's not) and then I notice that I've been banned with Aimbot as a reason by fiftar, i wasn't even playing on one of Arabian servers, and also my brother doesn't cheat obviously because i play with him... so the problem is that when i check console foxit shows up and not ezio which is me, we both use the same wifi so maybe that's why i got banned through his Ban, + the ban is permanent which doesn't make sense because this Fiftar guy didn't even ask for scan or... anyways hope an admin sees this and fix this issue because i've been banned for nothing.²²
