Problem with WarGods

So I have been dealing with a problem recently regarding WarGods. I cannot scan when admin say I should, and I get this:

I contacted the owner of WarGods (Tiger) and he said I should pay for the fix (lol ????) like $10 or something. I've never used this scanner.
Please help me solve this. I don't know what to do.

I already applied there, but he said that my case is not eligible for a free unban, therefore I must pay $10 for it.

we know about this issue it's not something new ,this meant that you tried several time to do something led you to ==>(you violated terms and condition) 

anyway inspire us about the details that you got it when they answered you "1st degree ban "
