herewego stop banned people for scroll and you all the time make it and your admin!!

First of all I dont scroll and im not going to make you belive me. Either ask the owner to put a plugin like fastcup or just stop complaning about me. There is a difference between scroll and ctrl.

I have banned time over only once for scroll becouse he was blatant about it and thats it.
