Enhance Skill level in /rank

hello guys,

someone asked me a question related skill level in /rank
because they say it's always low and even top is has low skill level percentage

anyway let's first answer , how skill level is calculated?
skill level = (kill/(death+kill))*50+(hit/shot)*50

from equation above , skill level depends on (kill,death,shot,hit)
50% is for kill and death
50% is for hit and shot

first 50% is calculated using kill/death+kill
which mean you need to kill more than died
if you kill 20 and death 0 , you get 50%
if you kill 20 and death 10, you get 33% and so on

kill/death+kill = Efficiency 
second 50% is calculated using hit/shot
hit = A shot that hit a target which mean it hit someone
shot=A shot in general , shot on box , shot on wall , and so on

hit/shot= Accuracy , which mean for every shot how many shot is on target
and most of players get low value for accuracy

if player triggered 10 shot and 5 hit the target , he get 33%
if player triggered 20 shot and 20 hit the taget , he get 50% , and so on

so the final result for skill level = Efficiency(50%) + Accuracy (50%)


until now i explained how it's calculated,
now let's give some tips to how improve it

1- Don't wallbang alot unless you sure 100% that it will hit the target (Accuracy)
2- Get a weapon that kill with lowest bullet possible like awp, scout, ak (Accuracy)
3- for sure kill more than die (Efficiency)
4- Don't Spray alot unless all bullets hit the target (Accuracy)
