[Dust2Only] The 'sounds' command should disable more addon sounds.

The 'sounds' command seems to only disable the obvious 'quake sounds' (the ones when making kills f.ex), while it would be nice if it disabled them all when toggled off.
F.ex the sound when you are last alive, c4 timer...

Thoughts?
