First thing you should do in this case is to cut electricity completely, that's mean pull off power cable from the back of your case. I am not sure how bad is the damage if you can provide more images otherwise you can sell your GPU as its for something like $25-40. Some experts can use its parts at least cooler and fan.
Anyway, get new card. actually its not that bad time to get new card. prices crashes this days lowest since like year and half. depends on your budget, for around $350 you could get RTX 3050 or RX 6600, personally i would go with RX 6600 since it have better performance.
