i got 2 softwares for you guys
1.for players having lag bcz of some drops in frames try this software to avoid it:
it have a lot of benefits i advise you to look on details in YouTube

also it works for all kind of games so have a good gameplay on whatever game you are playing.
2. for ppl having lag bcz of ping and low frames:
https://www.exitlag.com/
it have a big games list but it's not like razer cortex where you can choose which one is your game, so i didn't find cs 1.6, but it's still good for games like csgo and other games.
