I didn't think of this - how companies such as Steam, EA, etc have a responsibility to protect and respect others in this way.
Worth keeping in mind that if you are an Admin, you also have the same responsibility within the servers to do the right thing. That means, no racism, discrimination, prejudice - then it's a place for all people to have fun and enjoy.
