Suggestion： (dust 2 only) do not show damage on crosshair

Hi guys, 

Just wanted to give a small suggestion here, that is to stop showing damage on crosshair. Here 
is my list of reasons:

1. showing damage on crosshair encouraged players to hit on walls way too much because they 
would know if they have hit anyone.

2.this also, as a result, discourages players from rushing.

3. players could use HEgrenade as a way to probe enemy, which is not a good setup, and not a 
good habit for players.

As such, hope you guys could give it a thought. Thanks~
