We have a policy about high ping, it's not fair to kick a player who can't have low ping like you,
it's not his fault that he had born in a country far away of host location (france) or in a country which ISP is very bad
the player who you talking about is not a high ping , it's something called (lag)
high ping not mean he must be laggy, laggy mean unstable ping even if he's 10 ping and his ping is not stable will cause same result (lag)
