#1 Admins arbitrarily ban / bench for scan players who are mostly in the other team and just owning them, thus ruining their godlike self image of having the power and still getting owned respectively "handle things" in their favour, because of "other players complaining" - seriously? No!
In this gather mixes; we have certain dynamics,....with people joining and dropping ....which is ok, but if you find a player being on lets say 19:3 after 10 rounds and he is IN THE ADMIN team, all is fine, although the crying / ragequitting starts.
If he isnt, there are "good reasons for him to go to scan" (=> which is useless btw) or the new trend "ban for scroll"-, because people of the losing team complain and the admin "does his job". Seriously this is crap!
You just kill the game dynamic and 97 out of 100 times, there was no REASON to begin with. But the game is dead and everybody loses.
The money system is reset and after 3-5 rounds at 4on5, the losing team is coming back on top, with random players "CELEBRATING THEIR COMEBACK".
Scrolling: Some people INVESTED hundreds of hours in using CTRL for russian duck, plus you see the scrolling. If you dont like it block it, but stop killing games because you or other players are jealous of the movement skills of others. You are able to spot a difference between scrolling and pressing CTRL!
Which leads to #2 the request of HLTV SERVERS
If you want and if its possible please add HLTV servers. The advantages are plentiful. You can see the behaviours, game intelligence or game stupidity of certain players. So if you suspect people SCROLLING, hacking or else, get the HLTV demo and see for yourself. This will reduce the people crying for SCAN, because they can SEE for themselves, where they made noise or whatever. Remember this game is dead since 2012 and the release of CS GO.
#3 unsportsmanlike behaviour killing the game dynamic
It came to my attention, that if a team is losing and the dominating player is just on fire, there is an increase of unsportsmanlike behaviour in the losing team, with the intent to get this player benched / banned to start a glorious comeback.
This unsportsmanlike behaviour is crying so long until an admin "follows their demand" and bans / benches the dominating player, although the reasons are SHADY to say the least and than flaming "how easy" it is, after they only win because they reset the economy system of the prior winning team and played 4on5 or the new 5th is just crappy.
This should be punished, if an admin is on the server. Sometimes even the admin starts this attitude and should lead in revoking his admin rights, if his behaviour is proven.
Moreover those losers needling so long until a player who is just better than them gets "punished" should be punished in a ban for a certain time period.
Most of this childish demo protesting should be handled by #2 HLTV servers anyhow.
#4 fix the amx plugin please
In conclusion, dont get me wrong... admins like DillON do a magnificient job. They let the game develop itself and do not misuse their power.
