you want to make a separated section for admins to request demo from a player?
in-real that would be a mess , because the players is not that active in forums and keep up-to-date to the forums to see the requests about them
what happens now , that admin ban player with the reason he suspected on him and the player can provide the evidence like scan , demo and screenshots to their request , if it accepted he will be unbanned by the server manager, by this way we force the player to give attention about providing the demo
so i don't think it's good idea.
