Can you add like a plugin for team balance on headshot server because is quite annoying when people joining only 1 team and you playing like 6 vs 3 and you have to wait till everyone dies in same time to finish the round and then the server is balancing the teams , but you might wait like 5-10 minutes unless someone else is joining your team . Im sure  is a simple plugin out there to add a command for balance.  Cheers !

And also the RockTheVote plugin is not a bad ideea when people can vote to start a votemap.

Yeah not a bad ideea and also you can add them command to move players from a team to the other . ie: amx_t , amx_ct , amx_spec in case more people from a team is leaving the servers and nobody wants to move to the other team to balance it.

And also needs the /spec command to be able to move to spectators in case i want watch someone because i have to wait for the AFK plugin to move me otherwise can't join the spectator. You can set it up only for admins.

actually , with auto-join no need for this commands

and about spectator you can transfer by :

write in console : kill
then close the console fast and press m 6

before you respawned again.

i know what you saying that was first thing  i tried kill and m6 but it wont let me do it.   It will be alright i suppose.  Cheers anyways.
