Actually in the current time we cant open any new server, and first of everything we need to get a constant rank in dd2 server.
Open a new server especially classic server will cause to detroy the dd2 rank, and we cant take like this action in the current period.

About dd2 I have solutions
Add new admin in the morning and evening time
You can advertise that any player who has access to the server in the morning and evening submit an application to become admin
If it does not have steam
I have two steam accounts for them

yeah we need a new servers classic with rotation maps but now it's impossible to do it because the rank of dd2 is not stable 

but i promise u when we get constant rank in dd2 we will open it inchallah
