Until one of my friends told me that i should change the rate of the server 
So any help? 
What is the rate of this server to get the usual and good ping   ?

Server : DD2 Only

I like playing in this server but most of player use awp and starting shooting on walls doors... and that make noises
also I feel that I'm playing on awp_dust2...

To stop that noises and to feel that you are playing on DD2 and to have more fun..
In my poinion is to change starting money form 16000 to 800 or something like that...
