Arabian Servers Counter Strike 1.6

hello this is Blue from automix xd 
i have a problem with my scans 
i have tried deleting cs and reinstalling 
tried antivirus scans .... nothing is wrong 
but my scans show found alternative data

i removed the netcut related files which triggered the first scan to be red 
and now i have a problem with gameoverlayrenderer.dll
which is a steam related file 
did anyone have this problem before 
if yes please help me fix this 
i already reinstalled steam and cs twice and ispam checked scans untill they banned me for 24 hours XD

Try install on another HDD or SSD, see how that stays

i tried it now but i can scan for 2 more hours because of spam 
i hope it will work now

still the same problem now i fixed all the unknown files but it still shows found alternative data  
i changed the installation location and still not fixed
