Arabian Servers Counter Strike 1.6

Hello admins,

most of you know the egyptian kid known as MIBER, i've just ban him 2days ago for racism.
so appearntly he doesnt stop and has many accounts. 

So i need the help of you guys to ban him immediatly for reason "Racism" everytime he's online in our servers, and this is of course after Manager OK on this.

this steamID is banned permanently bro

Brave gave him a last chance. So lets see how he behaves.

If he insults, will be permanent in all accounts!
