First of all The /scan plugin for every one not for just players as ARGAN Says that @Fiftar Scan him self and when players want scan to anyone if he have any doubt. Every managers Owner or Founder Scan him self if Players want his /scan. So Maybe there is no problem if any admin want's scan to anyone. Peace
