Arabian Servers Counter Strike 1.6

assalamu alaikom 

guys i can't join these both servers , and whenever i want to join it keep retrying establish a conncetion for 3 times , after it finishs 

it says failed to contact game server !   
note: non-steam cs 1.6 game
