The excuses that peoplee give to "scroll" is that is double cntrl! I know the difference, but when u say to a player to not "scroll" and he says its "cntrl" and you accept it, then you have to accept to all others. I know the difference, but for real, better not having any. If i make to one player, i have to make to all others, and the rules are like that, simple!

The rules are simple. Double duck is allowed, scrolling is not. Add amx_exec in the plugin list and find out who is scrolling and who isn'r.

I hope it goes that way with plugin ( but that´s nothing with me, goes higher then my "paycheck"), but till there better do nothing.
