Arabian Servers Counter Strike 1.6

I've been trying to explain to the admins for the same problem with the scan link a link that is not accepted in the console scanning gives me bad reports and i dont know why ... I gave em the link through the chat but seems they won`t copy and check it
understand me I do not know where the problem is why it doesn't work and I do not have the idea how to fix it.
