Arabian Servers Counter Strike 1.6

hi bros 
two time i scan the players. and when player gave his scan hi can't paste link in console ( cleaner himself in game )
first player hightskillenosheat and when i Analyzed the scan i found his nam not the same I said maybe because of that
and next player ASSASS!N..  I do not understand why his scan can not be validated in game  
when I look at the forum I find the scan clean raport so I let them play (unscan)
can anyone tell me why scan can't be validated in game

It's same, check up player ip and compare them to make sure, because wargods has problem in fetching name from game, sometimes name be different from name in server
