I Don't know what's wrong with the last scan  , i don't even what is that Midge means if u checked all my old scans u ll find them clean , this is my demo  , the last one  i hope it helps ;

Try to clean ur cs folder u have an infected folder detected as a hack...
U can try to download another no steam here .https://arabian-servers.com/counter-strike/downloads/Counter-Strike.exe

I uploaded new cs , i think that sh*t comes from another server , waiting for unban ..
