Is ducking/crouching whatever you call it allowed  -  as long as NOT using the mousewheel?

Yeah someone said that to me in Automix server I dontknow if its allowed or not :/

There was once a anti-duck plugin installed - but got removed again. Obviously, because ducking is great. Make ducking great again! YES WE WILL
